Hi! I'm Jules Motschall, author of the Hearth & Quill mystery series.
Jules Motschall writes cozy mysteries with a twist of charm, heart, romance, and just the right amount of intrigue. Jules is an avid reader and loves buying books and visiting libraries. When she's not plotting crimes in the fictional town of Fall, Michigan, she's likely curled up with a good book, a strong cup of coffee (or tea), and a candle that smells like October.
Jules has been writing stories for as long as she can remember. She wrote story ideas from the time she could hold a pencil, filled the back of napkins and in every notebook she owned. It has been her dream to publish a book since she was 7-years-old. She's now living her dream.
Autumn & Alibis is her debut novel and the first in the Hearth & Quill Mystery series.
Jules lives in Chicago, IL with her husband, children, chickens, and a mini Goldendoodle.
